It looks like Tom Cruise is having a not-so-easy time trying to sell his Hollywood Hills home. The 52-year-old star listed the home back in February, but just cut the price by one million dollars. The European-style villa is now going for $11.995 million.
The home is fairly secluded, and we’re sure Cruise likes it that way. The two-story mansion is set behind gates and sits on more than 2.5 acres of land, offering plenty of privacy for any seeking a retreat from prying eyes, or paparazzi lenses. The home has enormous windows, perfect for enjoying the cityscape views surrounding the property.
The home is full of charm and detail, with beautiful wrought iron accents, a high-vaulted ceiling living room, farmhouse-style kitchen and gorgeous light wood floors. The outdoor entertaining areas have a whimsical feel, with a beautiful stone patio, outdoor lagoon, spa and waterfall. And of course the A-list celeb’s home also has a guest house, which features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is easily accessible from the main house via stone pathways.
Hopefully trying to sell this home won’t turn into mission impossible; maybe the price cut will draw the right buyer… or a Tom Cruise fan.
