On Friday, Hollywood A-lister Leonardo DiCaprio listed his home for $10.95 million. The actor purchased the property back in 1998 for $1.775 million (we’re guessing he used his “Titanic” salary to buy the property). This will mark the end of 18 years in his luxurious home. Leo stands to make $9.175 million from the home sale.

The striking abode features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comes in at 1,765 square feet. The ocean-front property also features a private hot tub and a lavish deck just steps from the beach. Our favorite part of this house has to be the proximity to the beach–the ocean is your backyard!

The average listing price in Malibu is around $4 million. But, with the home’s proximity to the ocean (it’s literally outside the door) and all the other amenities, we can see “The Revenant” star’s home being worth the $10.95 million.
