Sherman\u2019s \u201cironically foreign\u201d dishes\u2013like bison tartare, traditional corn sandwiches called <\/span>choginyapi, <\/span><\/i>and sorbet made from hand-harvested wild rice\u2013are all made without wheat flour, cane sugar, dairy, or the meats that now dominate Americans\u2019 diets, like beef and pork.
