In fact, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityandstatepa.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/pennsylvania-could-be-second-most-flooded-state-2022-behind-florida-new-study-shows\/364205\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pennsylvania trails only Florida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> when factoring in potential structural damage from flooding. This phenomenon helps make cities like Erie exceptionally snowy. However, when they do hit, they affect millions of people and can cause widespread damage.
