It\u2019s a fixed amount loan that has a repayment schedule, but often has lower interest rates than personal loans or credit cards.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Home equity line of credit (HELOC): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HELOC allows you to open a line of credit for a set amount of time, so you\u2019re able to withdraw funds as needed.
