A growing share are <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/news\/home-seller-concessions-march-2025\/\" data-wpel-link=\"exclude\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">considering concessions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to attract offers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the Midwest is telling a different story.
