Redfin has arrived in Southwest Florida to serve homebuyers and sellers along the gulf side. This efficiency enables Redfin to pass savings on to our clients. For example, a Redfin homebuyer<\/a> purchasing a $300,000 home with a Redfin agent in Fort Myers would receive a refund of over $1,500 at closing. Redfin charges sellers 1.5 percent instead of the typical 3 percent, while providing a beginning-to-end home-selling service, from pricing and staging advice and professional photography through the negotiation and closing processes. Someone selling<\/a> a $300,000 home with a Redfin agent would save $4,500. To date, Redfin has saved its customers more than $200 million in real estate fees.<\/p>\n
