House hunters can use Ask Redfin, now available in beta, to learn about a listing, such as whether there\u2019s an upcoming open house, monthly homeowners association fees, what school district the home is in and much more. Anyone searching via the <\/span>Redfin iPhone app<\/span><\/a> in the U.S. can opt in to the Ask Redfin beta.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll automatically see Ask Redfin on a home\u2019s listing page if you\u2019re using the Redfin iPhone app to search for homes in the following metros: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Portland (Oregon), Phoenix, Sacramento, Tampa and Washington, D.C.
