Redfin Next has been more than just a way to pay our hardworking agents\u2014I like to think of it as our new operating system that lays the entire foundation for how our brokerage works. Today, I\u2019m excited to tell you more about the first \u201capp\u201d we\u2019re building on top of the new system: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.redfin.com\/us\/en\/next\/teams\"><b>Redfin Teams<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What are Redfin Teams?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redfin Teams are an opportunity for top-producing agents\u2014and those working to be top producers\u2014to formally partner their business with one or more other agents. Team agents help support the lead\u2019s large book of business while growing their own with Redfin leads.
