It\u2019s the gem that just hit the market a few minutes ago.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why we just updated our Redfin <a href=\"https:\/\/redfin.com\/iphone\">iPhone App<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/redfin.com\/ipad\">iPad App<\/a> with push notifications that send new listings and price drops to your phone within <a href=\"https:\/\/redfin.com\/help\/search\/the-most-homes-for-sale\">15-30 minutes of when they happen<\/a>.
