The WSJ\/Real Trends ranking is like a huge high-five for these guys, but it&#8217;s the customer satisfaction ratings that Redfin agents really celebrate or lose sleep over. Most traditional real estate agents would be ecstatic to have Brad\u2019s $47 million in closed transactions because that would mean a fat commission check. But Brad and other Redfin agents pride themselves on other numbers.
