America\u2019s ultra-wealthy homebuyers are hitting the slopes this ski season. Aspen, Colorado is home to nearly half of last month’s most expensive home sales.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

A <\/span>Silicon Valley villa<\/span><\/a> located in Portola Valley was the most expensive home sale of November, fetching $56 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s followed by an <\/span>Aspen estate<\/span><\/a> that comes complete with a semi-private island, which brought in $53 million. Aspen was home to four of the 10 most expensive home sales of November, just in time for ski season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rounding out last month\u2019s most expensive sales were two beachfront properties in Florida, two Manhattan homes, and one Greenwich, CT compound. Two of November\u2019s priciest home sales brought in more than $50 million, and all 10 fetched at least $35 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  4. 15 Little Cloud Trail, Aspen, CO 81611<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $45.6 million\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. 50 W. 66th St. Unit 42NS, New York City, NY 10023<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $44 million<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. 579 Indian Field Rd., Greenwich, CT 06830<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $40 million<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. 615 E. Hopkins Ave., Aspen, CO 81611<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $40 million<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. 16101 Quiet Vista Circle, Delray Beach, FL 33446<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $39.8 million<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. 9 & 17 Ullr Way, Aspen, CO 81611<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $35.5 million<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. 3373 Rum Row, Naples, FL 34102<\/span><\/a>: Sold for $35 million<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
