The Cape-Cod style home is laid out across three levels and has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house also features an unfinished basement with two separate exits allowing the next owners a blank canvas to create whatever kind of space they want.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The property also has a fully fenced-in yard and a single-car driveway. The fenced-in yard was the selling point for the current owners, said <\/span>Amira Elgoneimy<\/span><\/a>, the Redfin agent who is listing the home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis house does need some updating, but it has a lot of potential. It\u2019s a great starter home for somebody who wants to do the work as they live in it,\u201d she added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elgoneimy pointed out that unlike typical Cape-Cod style homes, this one has had some walls taken down to make it more of an open floor plan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While the <\/span>market nationwide favors buyers<\/span><\/a>, the <\/span>Woodbridge, New Jersey housing market<\/span><\/a> is somewhat competitive. The median sale price of a home in Woodbridge was $577K last month, up 11.0% since last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

The house is also a few blocks away from a bus that takes you directly in New York City and just a few minutes away from downtown Woodbridge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
