The sellers installed new carpet and painted the walls just a few weeks ago, giving the home a fresh, clean feel for its new owners, said <\/span>Sarah Webb<\/span><\/a>, a senior agent at Redfin who\u2019s listing the house.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“The deck overlooks a low-maintenance, beautifully landscaped backyard,” Webb said, adding that the yard is ideal for hosting\u2013and that it has a full sprinkler system to cut down on outdoor maintenance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
