codes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of neighborhoods in Nashville\u2019s metro area that haven\u2019t seen falling median sale prices year over year. See the methodology section at the end of this report for more details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAt first glance, Nashville\u2019s hottest neighborhoods look very different from one another, but they all offer what buyers want right now: value,\u201d <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/real-estate-agents\/jim-carollo\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jim Carollo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Redfin\u2019s Nashville Market Manager, said. \u201cWhether it\u2019s a larger yard, a specific-style home or a shorter commute, buyers feel they\u2019re getting more for their money than they would in many of Nashville\u2019s higher-priced neighborhoods. That\u2019s especially important in today\u2019s market, where buyers have more options and more time to make decisions.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s important to note that the Nashville housing market is far from hot. It is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/news\/nashville-buyers-market-june-2026\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">one of the country\u2019s strongest buyer\u2019s markets<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with roughly twice as many <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/news\/buyers-vs-sellers-may-2026\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sellers as buyers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. But these neighborhoods made Redfin\u2019s list because they are becoming more desirable and are relatively competitive for homebuyers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cYou\u2019d expect prices to fall in a buyer\u2019s market, but that&#8217;s not what we\u2019re seeing in Nashville\u2019s hottest hoods,\u201d Jim said. \u201cHomes that are in good condition and priced correctly are attracting strong demand and many sellers are getting their asking price.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sellers in these neighborhoods may find <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/news\/home-search-in-2026\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redfin Early Access<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which allows them to start marketing their home as \u201ccoming soon\u201d before its official market debut, helpful in determining the right price, especially for unique homes for which there aren\u2019t many comparable recent sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While overall demand has slowed since the height of the pandemic homebuying boom, Nashville is still attracting buyers from higher-cost states like California and New York, Jim said. That demand helps support high prices even as the market has slowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThey are asking for closing costs and other concessions they couldn\u2019t have negotiated when the market was at its height a few years ago,\u201d Jim said. \u201cBuyers are much more selective and the market has completely flipped.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Here\u2019s what Redfin agents have to say about Nashville\u2019s hottest neighborhoods of 2026:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/neighborhood\/209014\/TN\/Nashville\/Inglewood\"><b>I<\/b><b>nglewood<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inglewood is known for its tree-lined streets, mid-century ranch homes and charming cottages. The neighborhood also offers restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. Residents are close to downtown Nashville, Shelby Bottoms, Greenway and Riverside Village, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kristinsanchezhomes.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kristin Sanchez<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Redfin Principal agent in Nashville, said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt appeals to first-time buyers, young professionals, families and even empty nesters who want a neighborhood with established character rather than a cookie-cutter development,\u201d <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aaronglicken.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aaron Glicken<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a Redfin Principal agent in Nashville, added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/city\/18036\/TN\/Spring-Hill\"><b> Spring Hill<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spring Hill has become one of Middle Tennessee&#8217;s fastest-growing communities, Kristin said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt offers newer neighborhoods, highly rated schools and plenty of parks, while still providing relatively easy access to both Franklin and Nashville,\u201d she added. \u201cIt has a suburban feel with a growing number of restaurants, shopping and local businesses. It is one of the strongest long-term markets in Middle Tennessee.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those features, along with attainable prices, are drawing buyers looking for more space outside downtown Nashville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/city\/35910\/TN\/Christiana\"><b> Christiana<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just outside Murfreesboro, Christiana allows residents to have larger lots and a quieter, more rural lifestyle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cChristiana offers a slower pace of life and open countryside while still being close to all major conveniences needed. You\u2019ll find horse properties, wooded acreage and country roads alongside newer custom-built homes and residential developments,\u201d Aaron said<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4.<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/neighborhood\/496505\/TN\/Nashville\/Bellevue\">Bellevue<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kristin said Bellevue offers one of the best combinations of convenience and outdoor recreation in Nashville. One of the biggest draws is how close it is to Percy Warner Park, Edwin Warner Park and the Harpeth River.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBellevue is popular with homebuyers because it offers a combination of location, affordability, relative to many Nashville neighborhoods and an exceptional quality of life,\u201d Aaron added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/neighborhood\/496518\/TN\/Nashville\/North-Nashville\"><b>North Nashville<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">North Nashville rounds out the top five, offering some of the city\u2019s most affordable homes close to downtown.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kristin said buyers are drawn to North Nashville because it combines historic neighborhoods with new investment.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The neighborhood offers easy access to Germantown, Tennessee State University, Fisk University, Meharry Medical College and several major healthcare and employment centers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe area has seen significant investment over the past several years while maintaining deep historical roots. Revitalization and redevelopment also make it attractive for buyers looking toward long-term appreciation,\u201d Kristin adds.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Methodology\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/news\/hottest-neighborhood-2026\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redfin analysis ranks U.S. zip codes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Nashville\u2019s metro area that haven\u2019t seen falling median sale prices year-over-year. Each neighborhood was then ranked by how much the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redfin.com\/how-compete-score-works\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redfin Compete Score<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> increased since last year. The Redfin Compete Score measures how difficult it is to win a home in a particular area based on factors including days on market, share of homes that sold above their listing prices and sale-to-list price ratio. The Compete Score for an area is rated on a scale of 0 to 100, where 100 is the most competitive.
