The inspector seemed pretty thorough but he was generally grumpy and didn't seem to want to be there. Also, he didn't collect my payment for the service or tell me how to pay. Only after I asked my realtor about the inspection reports did I realize I had to call in and pay by credit card over the phone. Luckily, only a day had past and it only delayed my inspection report by a day. (we had a shortened contingency time to ensure a quick closing and delays could have been a real problem)
