Cathleen's experience, knowledge, skills and character are all professional grade. Buying a home in the US has become treacherous, and is one of the highest-stakes decisions a middle-class family will make. These circumstances require a high level of trust and confidence in a family's realtor. I would not buy a home in Kansas or Missouri without her.

She is so personable, attentive, goes way above and beyond even in little things that come up here and there that she doesn't have to help with but she jumps right on it. She is so reliable and responsive and I would recommend her to anyone. We are very thankful someone recommended her to us when we had no idea where to start!
