Gus is an incredible realtor and person. He helped my husband and I find a home, and is by far the best we have EVER worked with. Gus is thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, calm, and never pushy. We had a timeframe to find a home, and he did it. Since closing, he has checked in on us, provided contacts for items we wanted looked at, even offered to let me use his power washer for our new home! (haha). Gus is a great communicator and you truly feel like he wants the best for you. He listens to our concerns and wishes, and takes what you say into consideration with all homes we toured. Gus proved multiple times how he goes above and beyond on homes we were interested in; calling the county, digging into purchase history, facilitating whatever needs you think of. My husband and I knew we were in good hands from the first house we toured with him. I would highly suggest Gus, and The Wagner Realty Team as your realtors. We truly could not be more thrilled to have worked with him.

I cannot say enough to express the wonderful assistance and service given by Gus during my home search! He was efficient, patient and personable throughout. In today's world, to have such an experience is remarkable. I will ever be grateful to Gus, and will never forget my experience with him.
