To say we had a unique real estate experience would be an understatement. We found our dream home and Brandon & Jodi were quick to facilitate our offer on a Sunday afternoon, less than 48 hours within the house going on the market. With this being a contingent offer, we needed to get our current property on the market ASAP. Brandon made this his top priority and within a couple days, the house we were selling was listed. Their knowledge of the market and what our house was worth was crucial to getting quick traction. After numerous showings in the first week, we accepted an offer and were under contract within 9 days of listing. All was smooth sailing through close of that sale. Step one in the process complete! Unfortunately, we ran in to a few issues with our purchase and were unable to close on our dream home on a normal timeline due to the house having a clouded title that nobody realized until after our residence was under contract. Brandon tactfully negotiated an early occupancy agreement that allowed us to move forward with selling our home and move in to the home we've been wanting for many years. Nine months later, we finally closed on our purchase. Throughout the entire process Brandon stayed on top of everything, was incredibly communicative, and always had our best interest in mind. We couldn't have gotten through this process without Brandon's patience and persistence to make it happen for his clients. If you're looking for someone to go above and beyond for you with your real estate transaction, Brandon is your guy. Highly recommend him and we'll continue to use him for all of our real estate investing in Central Oregon!
