Carl is so wonderful and amazing real estate agent! One of the best. He's easy going and easy to work with. The transaction went smoothly and we never really had any problems. Before him we previously had a real estate agent and she was not doing a good job, we were getting rejected to most of the houses we wrote offer on. Our friend got concerned since I was getting very emotional to the houses we lost and ended up reaching out to Carl and they referred us to him! He KNOWS what he's doing and you better listen to his suggestions if you want to buy your dream house, especially with this market! Carl and I for the most part agreed on how me and my husband wants to write our offer and he gave us some suggestions which really helped! As you can see, we were able to get the house with multiple offers on. He explained each steps very carefully especially to my husband since he wasn't familiar with real estate terms at all. I must say, I am very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and willing to get the work done even on his vacation. Lol, this review is all over the place but honestly, I could go on and on on how truly great Carl is. Thank you so much Carl for all that you've done and we appreciate you! We will definitely use him again for his real estate needs. 10/10
