Blake made buying a house as simple and stress free as possible! He took the time to explain every step of the process so we knew what to expect, in as much or as little detail as we wanted. He was always responsive, friendly, and thorough. He didn't show us every house on the market, only those in our budget that checked our "need to have" and most of our "nice to have". He really took it to the next level when we went under contract and really managed the whole process - coordinating with our mortgage advisor, our financial planner, the selling agent, the title company, the inspections, and yep.... even the in-laws! He's also Evergreen local, a MUST have if you're looking up here. So many special things to look for / know when trying to get a mountain home.
