We recently sold our home in Antioch, CA. We were first time sellers. Cathy Robles came highly recommended to us by friends who own properties in Antioch and Brentwood. Our friends have sold many homes, and so we did not hesitate to choose Cathy to represent us. It was pretty unbelievable how quickly our home sold, as we watched other listed homes in the area not moving at all. Cathy was entirely professional, very friendly, and obviously knows what she's doing. Our home sold quickly after we listed it, and it sold above our listing price. I will recommend Jen to everyone. She was great to work with. She went out of her way to help me with the selling process from hiring plumbers and other repair people to making sure all the paperwork was correct. She is the best.

Jen was the main reason I was able to find and purchase residential real estate. 7 other buyer's agents couldn't help me accomplish the deal. The process took over 3 years! 5 loan officers and 8 buyer's agents later, escrow closed in July 2022.
