About DJ
I moved to Ohio in 1985, where I met my husband while working at Cedar Point. Together we have 4 wonderful children 2 grandchildren (and a dog). I have always been involved in volunteering in the community with the YMCA and CYO, and my work experience centered around customer relationship positions, with much attention to detail.
My goal in every transaction, from beginning to end, is to create a “Raving Fan” or “WOW” attitude to all participants, be that buyers or sellers and the cooperating agents. I obtain this by attentive listening, attention to detail, and effective communication. I strive to treat everyone as I would want people to treat my family.
In addition, I am qualified to work with the 55+ community. I’m a Certified Senior Housing Specialist and also a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert)! Since becoming a RE/MAX agent in Wadsworth, I have been in the Executive Sales Club 3 years running, placed in the top 3 of Akron Beacons Best since 2016, and a member in Good Standing of the BBB. I have had DJ list and sell two houses and two pieces of vacant land. In all four properties she has done all the little thing that makes a difference. Because of that I purchased more property with her. I will add in the age of realtors wanting the internet to do all their work for them DJ eagerly had open houses and sold both houses to people who showed up at the open houses - old school and I commend her for not sitting around waiting for things to happen.
