Agent screwed me by sneaking charges in without explanation.

Prefer not to discuss but he doesn't deliver what he offers.

I worked with Danny in early 2023 and closed my house with him. Danny is very knowledgeable and he knows the houses we visited in an out, and gave very objective, truthful opinion about the house so I don't over pay for anything. He's extremely patient, answered all my questions in a timely manner and we went to multiple listings before I placed my offer. He is also well connected with lenders, so I know I always have more choices when shopping for the best rate. Finally, he is good at formulating good strategies when placing an offer as well as negotiating during the closing process. I highly recommend working with Danny!

Mike was awesome in every way, kept us informed and took care of many loose ends (we are out of town now - he had his agent return our cable box to verizon, just one of many examples).

I lived out of state and was selling my deceased dad's property in Virginia. Upon our first meeting, Mike was very professional and personable. He made me feel at ease right from the start. He understood my situation and let me know that I would not have to worry about anything. He communicated with me every step of the way. He gave excellent references for contractors to handle minor repairs, landscaping, and house cleaning services. It was like having a team all rolled into one outstanding realtor! I did not get a chance to discuss with my dad about selling his house. Mike is a military veteran. My dad and I also served. In the end, the mission was accomplished. The house was sold for an acceptable fair market value! I know my dad would have also given Mike his approval and said "Job well done!"
