I was completely new to the process of buying a home and also to the particulars of buying a home in California. Ace is extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Doing a walkthrough with her is far more detailed than with typical agents who just want you to buy; she really talks through the condition of the home, reads the documentation and remembers your unique needs and dealbreakers.
