Karen was with us every step of the way in purchasing our home. She was able to give sound advice, while also dissuading us from making a decision we would have regretted. She checked in with us constantly while the home was pending, making sure to congratulate us every step of the way and let us know the next steps. I would work with Karen again in a heartbeat! She is the best!

Karen was Awesome! she was very professional, but very personable. she's very patient! Especially after the Jack ass on Ragland Road tried selling property when it wasn't legal to sell per Cowlitz County Courthouse. We were really discouraged and pretty much lost interest though, Karen stayed Positive & Focused. Karen found the Perfect Place for us!!! Transactions went Really Smooth because of her knowledge. I've already referred her to my family who are looking for a place. I Highly Recommend Karen to anyone who's seriously looking!!

Karen was available day or night, and answered emails and texts immediately. She was very hard working and did a great job of creating youtube video walk through tours of the potential homes I was interesting in. We ended up having to write 4 offers, but after inspections, ended up going with our last one. She helps walk through all processes, and has great references for other work needed.
