Mike and Mere are an excellent team to work with when buying or selling a home. They both have superior communication skills; letting us know how each step of the process should go. Their main concern is to make sure the customer is happy with how things are progressing. They go above and beyond as professionals! They also are easy to get along with and go the extra mile to make the customer feel special by being available constantly. I always knew if I sent an question through email, it would be answered quickly. They both have a strong work ethic and make sure things are done right! We felt they gave 100% to us throughout the buying process. They instilled confidence and trust while working together to help us find our "dream home". Their gift basket as a home-welcoming gift to us was fabulous; had a bit of everything we needed the day we moved into our new home. Will definitely recommend this wonderful husband-wife team to our family and friends! Such a wonderful experience working with them!

Easy to work with and got the job accomplished where others didn't

Mike and Meredith deserve 10++ stars!!! And that's a lot, coming from someone who was an agent, myself, in WA for many years... They were incredibly responsive, supportive, informational and just a joy to talk to and work with from the beginning. There was never a time where I felt out of the loop or like I couldn't turn to them if I had a question (and they always had an answer; if they didn't they found one right away). In this crazy market it is essential to have your agent work hard and advocate for you and they did just that! They advised us how to write a strong offer to get accepted but still one that kept our best interests in mind; they kept on my lender to get us closed on time (early, in fact); they worked diligently with the listing agent to get us through some tough inspection requests and a low appraisal; and they even helped us get some discounts on services post close. All in all, I could not recommend Mike and Meredith enough!
