Rebecca and Rick worked wonderfully as a team. Rebecca was our agent when we bought a house here in Sept. 2020. She was always attentive to our needs and knowledgeable of the market, pricing, and what our wants were. This was important for us since we were out of state. We did not know where we wanted to buy but she quickly queued into what we were really looking for and worked diligently to find listings for us within an impacted market. She was instrumental in the perfect house that we ended up in. Most important was that we had no problems in communicating. She was always accessible and quickly returned calls and emails when she was busy. Rick was instrumental by doing a lot of market analysis for us, even on the fly when Rebecca kept tabs on (very) recent openings while we were out looking at listings she had arranged for us.
