Was very late in response after hiring also went on vacation the day of my listing. Created a dilemma during a title issue that was brought up months before listing my property & didn’t even show up on my closing. I would not use his services again since I handled most of any issues on my own. Sorry Adam you didn’t represent me for what I expected
