Alexis Gulpan did an exemplary job acting as my buyer’s agent during my recent real estate transaction. She kept me well informed as the transaction progressed, handled every detail of the transaction very well, and ensured the wood stove in the home was legal (something that never occurred to me!). She helped me with referrals for handy person, HVAC, and scheduled the home inspection. Alexis stayed for the entire home inspection. She ensured that I understood the new real estate rules. She is a pleasure with which to do business. She will handle any future real estate transactions that my wife and I do.
