Annette is quick to respond to all communications. a very sharp agent. she has great marketing instincts and initiative. Specifically in our case she took the time to research that we were an out of town owner and used that knowledge to see if we wanted to sell. then she efficiently listed the property and got us a buyer at a price that was 9% higher than any previous comp! I recommend Annette unequivocally.

She is good with helping out and tour properties what I liked but she is becoming little lazy when it comes to closing and she never came to give us keys, she wanted us to picked it by ourselves.
