We always had to protect our benefits from his suggestions towards buyers and not us ,throughout his resume working for us : cut a buyer coming to our house without any agent! I was terrified , I was home alone! He was extremely rude and hanging up the phone on me so many times and he never let us know the buyer signed and deal was done and congratulating us!!!We found out at the end he was double agenting! He needs to be retrained, specially on how to respect and speak without aggression, he thinks people houses are his own and decides on his benefits and when you argue and protect yourself against his recommendation he gets rude and ugly and disgusting! Infact, he was honest about current market situation, and asked everyone to rethink their options, instead of pushing people for making decisions. He gave us helpful tips on renovation etc, which could boost property value, and only allowed potential buyers to visit our house based on our availability. Redfin in general is a tech savvy real estate brokerage firm. David was very organized, got the photos,lock box, property on the mls as fast as possible.
