This is our second transaction with Jane and it was on the selling side this time around. Jane is very knowledgeable and well seasoned with all of the real estate metrics in the area. It was very helpful in managing our expectations. She is very honest, trustworthy and responsive. Jane was engaged throughout the whole buying process, which was not short nor extremely easy. I appreciated her help in particular at the end, it's important to be cognizant of all the factors that can come into play as your closing date nears...walkthrough, punch list (for new construction), loan terms, logistics about the signing and title transfer, etc. I also appreciated that Redfin and Bay Equity (my lender) are now the same company, so she was able to easily work with my loan officer.

It was a great experience working with Jane through out the purchasing process, which was a prolonged one -- the previous owner stayed in the house for 2.5 months after closing. She was always there whenever we need her, until the final moving-out date. Jane is very professional and patient. We were so lucky for having her as our buyer's agent, and really appreciate her time and efforts.

in 2021 Jane worked with us to first find/purchase a condo which she did successfully and then she helped put our house on the market/sell which she also did successfully. With all the COVID restrictions, multiple viewings, purchase closing, house/apartment listing/showings, dealing with ultimate buyer who never came to Maine, and a crazy closing it was a very busy, stressful year for us. Jane did a super job helping us with what must have been one of her most confusing purchase agreements and successful closing. She did a great job for us and we would highly recommend her!
