Julie is very knowledgeable about the market and was able to help us sell the house pretty fast and smoothly. She has a professional team that was very responsive and efficient in preparing our house for the sale.
Julie was really great in being available and showing properties, many of them on weekends. She did not push us at any time, was clearly stating facts. Her husband Mark was super helpful in suggesting modifications and providing guidance on home improvements. A month after we bought the house, there was a problem with AC. When I reached out to Julie, she promptly contacted seller and got information of installation company. It greatly helped us resolve the issue. I have not come across many agents who are helpful and responsive after the transaction. It's a clear example of excellent customer service.

Julie and her team were GREAT to work with. My wife and I found them extremely knowledgable of the current market from both property location and financial aspects (cost vs ROI), and great negotiators when it came time to make the offer. They also kept us very well informed of the home purchase process ahead of making an offer (a great preview!) then helped us stay on track and keeping pace with document reviews and sign-offs after the offer had been made. Through close work with our lender (who also praised their professional and proactive work style) we closed escrow early!

Julie helped to locate a condo in the area we wanted and in our price range. Everything went smoothly since we live out of the area and all things were handled remotely. We were kept up to date on the purchase and inspections and were very happy with her!

Exceptionally prompt, diligent, thorough, and knowledgeable Real Estate team. Julie, Bianca, and Mark act as a dynamic trio who each helped us in various phases of the research and diligence process for purchasing our home. They took the time to proactively understand our goals and demonstrated a clear understanding of these intents by helping us focus our time to see specific homes that met our criteria in a cost effective and time efficient manner that left us feeling confident and informed with our ultimate decision.
Bay Area is a highly competitive market place with lots of realtors to choose from. We have been to a lot of open houses in the Cupertino area in 5+ years when we would visit just to get a feel for the market and met a lot of experienced ones in this domain. But very few whom I can count on my fingers, ran their business because they loved what they were doing and their passion stood out. What else would be more important than someone who has passion and knowledge and has been in this field for a long time ? I would not recommend her for a transaction around or under $1M or with any extenuating circumstances -- these seem to not be worth her office's full attention. Julie is personally very nice and I'm sure standard transactions move smoothly, but we did not have the easy full service experience we expected from our initial meeting with her. We clarified up front that we would NOT be listing immediately and needed the team to be able to handle our timeline without pressuring us to move faster or dropping balls. We consistently received "checking in" emails and texts from various folks in the office that were not aligned with previous conversations as tho we were being pushed through a template without regard for our actual situation. From our first meeting with Julie Wyss and her daughter Bianca, we knew they would be a perfect fit for us. Because we were waiting for a place to open up in a retirement community, we had a long lead time between meeting with them and when the time came to put our house on the market. During that time Julie and her entire crew, including Mark and Chelsea, but also including various tradespeople, worked with us to make some inexpensive changes which they knew would help us get maximum dollars for the sale. Julie is smart, strategic, and is always in your corner. She will work to get the home prepared, and offer pricing strategies that work for the home owner. She communicates very well to keep the stress of selling a home at a minimum. Highly recommended.
This was an estate sale and I live out-of-state. Julie was identified, researched and interviewed by a friend who is a local realtor here in Oregon. After working out a couple communication bugs, communication, follow up and follow through on repairs and upgrades, knowledge of the local mkt, attention to detail and execution of the sale in less that 5 days on the mkt were excellent.
