Justin and his team were amazing partners in the search for our next home. He was always excited and energized to check out new homes and became a trusted advisor throughout the buying process, from explaining why a home may have a particular feature to offering important considerations about the house before committing to it. A lot of people will say their agent got down into the dirt with them during their purchase, but Justin quite literally did just that when the inspector couldn't find the clean-out pipe. He always stayed in close communication, seemingly anticipating our calls or text messages and reaching out proactively. We anyways felt like we could connect with him and get the support we needed. I strongly recommend Justin to anyone looking to buy!

If I could give a score higher than 10 I would. Justin is far more than a Realtor. He truly cares. He made the process of shopping for a home a breeze. He always answered our questions and was so friendly. Even after the closing of our home he was a tremendous help getting our home ready for us. It stormed pretty bad and we it took days to get to our home. Justin shoveled our driveway and ensured our water was running so the pipes wouldn't freeze. I can't say enough about this man. Justin has been very personable, patient for all of our questions, assisting us with the extra tasks in relation to closing on the house. Even after the deal was closed he was available for miscellaneous questions. Hes a nice guy who really seems to like his job. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll find out and respond in a timely manner. We chose Justin because he was approachable, didn't appear to be only interested in a quick sale like the vibe we got from other agents outside of Redfin. Ours was a bit more complicated because we were out of state but we feel that the process was actually pretty smooth. We are thankful for finding Justin and highly recommend him to help you buy your next home.

Just was very nice, but was not very helpful during the offering process, only providing a few ways to add to our offers in this competitive market where terms are very important. He did not often provide comps or guide us is setting an offer price. He did have great scheduling availability and was very knowledgeable about older homes.
