She was always available to talk when I needed to, even with the two hour time difference between El Paso and Alexandria. I appreciate that she would utilize email, text, and phone calls based on whichever was most convenient for me at the moment. After the sale she helped out further by returning the AT&T internet equipment for one of the tenants in the property so that I would not be charged a fee.

Not only was she incredibly responsive and available every time I texted or called but she was also proactive in getting us the information we needed and following up on every detail. Perhaps more importantly, however, as a first-time home buyer, Krisiann made what was otherwise an incredibly daunting task very comfortable. Her patience and understanding were unmatched, fielding question after question that I threw her way. Simply put, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

She helped me find many beautiful homes until I was accepted for this one, she helped me get with Albert when I could've been out over thousands of dollars using my first option, plus she got me in touch with Keith for my move being last min another company was out 4 days. But I'd love to thank her for all hey help and patience during my process. My boys will be ecstatic once their summer is over with their mom.
