Melissa was incredibly helpful, and always honest and up front with her expectations and advice. She made everything go as smoothly as possible and always supportive.

Melissa was very helpful and kept me informed constantly throughout the process of everything that needed to be done. She was very professional and very capable. She offered help in finding services needed once I was moved in. I was not able to do the final walk through because there was no time for me to do that due to the way the lawyers scheduled things. Melissa conducted the final walk through for me and she provided me with telephone numbers for the services that I needed.
