It was a pleasure working with Nancy. From the initial consultation meeting, setting of sales price, until the closing she was wonderful to work with. She is VERY responsive even after work hours and very patient. Explained everything so well. We had a buyer's agent who was not very good with communicating with us (Sellers), so Nancy was always on top of it to make sure everything was done properly and any information that we needed was passed on (offer ammendments, closing information, etc.). I'll recommend Nancy to anyone wanting to sell their house. FYI - We got multiple offers after one day on the market due to Nancy's email blast to other realtors that helped market the house to so many people.

We just didn’t get a good vibe from Nancy. We didn’t ind her approachable. Her reply to nearly everything we asked was abrupt and always by text. We had higher expectations. Nancy suggested a greater reduction in the price than we would agree to. We got an offer for more than that amount the same day. We learned after agreeing to work with Nancy that REDFIN has a pared down approach to customers.

We have young children and pets, so finding time to have showings let alone, keep a clean house, is difficult. We never felt rushed, she made me feel like she had nothing else to do or any place to be except with us!
We never felt uncomfortable asking any questions, especially with the electronic paper work which we had some trouble with. She walked us right through it!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life time. Nancy is condescending, disrespectful, and threatening if you don't do what she wants. She attempted to push me to sell my home for 15k less than I wanted. My home was purchased for more than I listed it for and within two days. So happy I didn't listen to her!
When I didn't want to sign or accept an amendment she sent me a an email threatening me with a lawsuit. A realtor is supposed to serve their client while providing advice and experience. That is not Nancy.

I certainly empathize with the seller's dissatisfaction on how the closing process worked out for her. This client was challenged with something many folks selling their home face in coordinating this home sale with a home purchase accompanied by the logistics of moving. The seller ran into several issues, not associated with Redfin, that affected the possibility of closing on time. Because the risk of not being able to close per the terms of the contract was a real possibility (and as real estate agents we are unable to offer legal advice) it was suggested she consult a real estate attorney to ensure she was aware of all options/potential road blocks that may arise. The client in the end was able to move out and allow their buyer to close on time.3.5

My wife and myself interviewed other realtors before we list our home, and we were not satisfied with their way of approach like pushing hard list house before finding one etc... I think Nancy has far too many listings. She was not familiar with our neighborhood so really didn't get the pricing right. We ended up switching to a realtor who knew our area, worked hard to market and stage the place and sold it very quickly afterward. Nancy has far too many listings to be able to provide this service.
