Rick has helped us sell 4 properties. Our primary residence in 2016, my wife’s parents’ house in 2018 and one rental I 2021 and one recently last December. He was above and beyond helpful with all of them. I wish we had more to sell because not only was he extremely helpful but we developed a nice relationship with him and will miss him.

He is calm, hard working, and quick to respond. He helped us price our house smartly to generate multiple offers and did leveraging to get us the best price (way more than expected). He is also helpful to look at houses with. Rather than getting caught up in aesthetic or staging, he helps you to see the challenges the properties have , to understand if they are priced well, and to have a sense of how much appreciation could be expected from a property. Maybe most of all, he is not a high pressure kind of guy that tries to convince you to go either direction with a false sense of urgency. He keeps the long game in mind: forming trusting relationships with people and being a person of integrity and knowledge, which I imagine keeps his clients coming back, move after move.
