Rochelle is a great person and realtor pending on what type of loan you have. I would not recommend anyone with an FHA loan to select her as their realtor, honestly if it was not for my lender Retunda at Homestar Financial this deal would never have gone through. Nothing against Rochelle, I really did like her, she was just not familiar with FHA at all. In the future, please don’t take on a client and you are not familiar with the loan they have, it does no justice for you nor the client making it a really frustrating situation on both ends.

Rochelle set us up for success in finding a home in the hot Atlanta market. I took three key recommendations from our initial meeting that helped us secure a home. Rochelle suggested I seek an underwritten approval letter from our lender, see how quickly our lender could close under the normal 30 day period, and see if our lender could manage a 10-day appraisal period. Each of those 3 things played out as necessary in the seller choosing our offer. I am very grateful to her sharing those tips and helping us along the way. We love our new home, and will certainly reach out to Rochelle in the future if we are ever again in the market for real estate.

Rochelle was very nice, but we had many communication issues. Disclosures were not brought to our attention, argued about our response to the inspection, scheduled an inspector that did not cover key aspects of property, and more. We did ultimately completed the purchase, but it was a very frustrating and disappointing process.
