About Shay
Quite often, I am asked why I decided to start a career in the real estate industry. I find happiness in assisting with my client's real estate interests, sharing my seasoned real estate experience, and providing a high level of satisfaction throughout the entire real estate experience.
The passion for real estate developed while I was completing my BS in Accounting at UIC. I invested time by learning the Chicago land real estate market, visiting as many opportunities as I could to develop a strong understanding of the business, and negotiating deals that I believed were good investments.
In my first year as a Realtor, I successfully negotiated contracts on numerous properties including condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and a million-dollar commercial building.
I treat each client with the respect and core values that I was raised by. I am a strong believer in the golden rule which involves treating others the way you would like to be treated. I take deep pride in my work because I know my contribution brings a positive change in my client's life. I stay focused on the client's needs throughout the experience to ensure the end goal is achieved.

Shay met and showed us multiple homes prior to us being pre approved for a loan. He took the time and believed in us and he hung in there with us all the way to the closing day. Highly recommend. Some realtors would not take us on any showings without pre approval credentials. Those agents obviously thought we would be wasting their time, so I guess those who didn’t believe, can kiss my ass since Shay left closing with a fat payday!!!
