The only help I got from Vikki in this home buying process is setting up the first appointment with KB Homes. No other communications other than she was asking when the closing will happen. No other help I got from Vikki. Even after the house closing is done, Redfin still has my property with the status as Pending. I asked Vikki to update this, but it has been more than 2 weeks now and still not resolved. Very careless towards clients. I regret for this engagement.
