I didn’t actually enjoy having him as a real estate agent but when I attempted to contact Redfin to switch I was met with silence. I don’t feel he cared about selling our property and he didn’t really do much. But it was sold so he obviously did the bare minimum.

The pros first - sold fast, at the price predicted, and the sale was smooth. The negatives was that the experience was a bit impersonal, and that meant we spent a lot of time telling different people on his team the same info, ie how our names were spelled, that we left all keys with the photographer, etc. Overall, this was still a satisfactory experience, and the cost savings was worth the minor inconvenience.

We were fully confident in Brian Richards at the beginning of the home selling process. The first issue was when we just received documents for an extension. No explanation of why, just that if we had questions to call. We were disappointed and quite taken back that no call was extended to us just had to sign contract or the deal would be void. We had to reach out to find out what was going on and why. With out a doubt, Brian is the best agent we have ever used. He was easy to talk with, very communicative and returned our calls promptly. It didn't matter how trivial our questions were Brain took the time to explain them in detail. He represented our interest 1st and that was clear from the start and through the entire process.
