Lisa was fantastic, beyond any expectation I may have had. She was insightful on the market, including Providence region properties and trends. She was wise in giving me cautionary advice, albeit indirectly. She was extremely selfless and accessible - throughout the entire process, unlike any other resource. She earned my trust and confidence early on and continued to build on it. I am planning to contact her again when I'm ready to resell and look for new properties (within 24 months, most likely). And I would call/text her in a heartbeat to get her advice on related matters before then. I can't recommend her enough. Redfin is lucky to have her.

If we could rate Lisa above 10 stars, we would. We were house hunting in Providence from Illinois in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Lisa took the time to get to know us, promptly respond to the dozens of emails, texts and calls as the process took over 4.5 months. Being first time home buyers, there was a lot we had to learn, and Lisa patiently walked us through the various questions we had about each step of the process. She gave us video tours, meet the inspector as they inspected the 2 houses we had offers accepted on. She would discuss with us strategies to make competitive offers, but also respect our decisions as the buyer.
