Macartney’s social gifts take him far. Besides knowing all aspects of our somewhat long and sometimes complex selling experience, he represented our interests and communicated often along the way. He knew how to stage the home and suggested what we should do to prepare and put into storage. He would then ask us what we were doing over the weekend, or ask about family members. It felt like a member of our family was handling our business and all would be ok. We freaking loved him. He made the process so easy. Before we decided to go with redfin, we were with another agency through a different lender that I won’t mention here.
