I reached out to several realtors told them what I wanted the specific community, a cat friendly building and the dollar amount I had to spend. He was the second one to get back to me-the first one thought I was joking about spending under 50k and crickets after Phil reached out later the same day provided me several options I purchased one of those and closed fairly fast-basically the whole process took less than a month from search to keys in hand. When I wanted the third walk thru he arranged it he helped me understand the inspection process and translated findings he was just great’
