Marsha was great to work with. My situation was a little different, and she navigated it smoothly. She was upfront and honest during every showing, pointing out anything that didn’t look right. She also drove a bit of a distance to meet me and made the most of each visit by scheduling several homes at once. I truly appreciated her effort and would gladly recommend her as an agent.

Karen was incredibly supportive and helpful in our home-buying journey. We completed the entire process while out-of-state, and Karen was available and attentive even though we could not be physically present. She conducted thorough walk-thoughs on our behalf and provided recorded videos and virtual tours via FaceTime on our schedule. She provided commentary and pointed out concerns or highlights she noticed that we may have missed in our virtual setting. She handled the paperwork and expertly explained all forms, requirements, and expectations in language we could understand. I am incredibly happy with her support, and would recommend Karen to any client looking for an expert, flexible, and friendly realtor.
