This is one house out of two on the acreage. The house that shows here is a cute little bungalow house it's got cedar shingles and brick. The windows are newish has a lovely 10 ft by a 20 ft nicely done patio cover attached to the roof on the back of the house that is under permit. The only thing that needs to be done is possibly a new patio. The roof was done in 2022. When the house was painted we added rain gutters with filters. There's new floors in the house with transitions. You'll see in the photos once I get them in here There's a few things that you'll probably want to redo or start. But it's a pleasant little house. In the back there's a 750 sq ft workshop with concrete floors. There's electricity hooked up. There's another little house it's a bungalow 940 sq ft one bedroom one bath. It's under construction. I had to stop because of an injury. It's halfway finished with electrical, subfloors and drywall and original hardwood floors. It has its own water gas and electricity so you won't have to run anything therefore no extra cost. I installed new rain gutters with filters when I did the other house. Both houses have the crawl spaces encapsulated. The property is 2 mi from the corner of highway 112 and water Street, quiet with a lot of nature. Especially singing birds if you're into that. In the master bedroom in the morning you hear lovely Dove bird singing. Of course other wildlife bunnies etc. There's a horseshoe driveway entrance either way. The mail is promptly delivered and the mailman is very nice guy. In fact most people are very nice here in Elm Springs. If you ever want to know anything about Elm Springs and what's going on there is a a meeting on a weekly basis to fill yourself in. A new septic tank was installed in 2015. If you're familiar with septic tanks the less you put down like garbage disposals, toilet paper etc you'll never have to have it sumped. The land has gradual grade therefore you will not need to have flood insurance which will save you money. There's a small piece of land across the street which is included with the acreage where Ozark electric has and easement to run the wires crossing but you can't see them because of beautiful trees. So if you're looking out front all you see are trees. What the good things are is that nobody can build there. There is a lovely cedar border fence on the east side of the property running to the corner where the southeast corner pin is then runs west for privacy. The neighbors are a distance away however we're all friendly I would be happy to introduce you to all of them if it's necessary. Here's another good thing I use Ozark electric plus I have Ozark go I use Ozark go for Wi-Fi. I don't have to pay anybody else to get music or television. I like to watch antenna television because I'm into westerns and local news etc. I also have a Roku television where you can order pay for things if you wish. Like the Major League baseball world series is coming up but here's the thing that is on Fox channel for free. If you like baseball. Down the South way there's a huge antenna for cell phone etc so I always get clear reception. Last and easily. All the properties around here for a long distance used to be a dairy farm it's just for history I'm telling you this. I got the last nine acres on it and along with it what I got was 110 at this a oak pole barn. I have made a portion of it a carport. I haven't had the heart to tear it down because it's part of History. But should you want to all that oak and wood would be a good sale. People like to use it for various art. When I moved here I brought my horses here. And I've subdivided it twice a 2.11 ac is the last that I own. There's plenty of places to park RVs etc. well you're probably tired of reading about this place, I could go on and on.
