The clouds drift amongst and below it in stormy weather. There are about 2x more monsoon afternoon rains in summer than in the Valley. Lots of hummingbirds, other flora includes juniper trees and manzanita. The elevation is approx 6300 so we do get snow. Distance to Crown King 'town' approx 10 minutes. Distance from North Phoenix to cabin 1 hr 44 min. Perfect weekend getaway without too much travel time. The cabin is a one-bedroom, one-bath with a ladder loft, a small workshop/quad garage. There is power by APS, the average is $30 per mo. Water is stored in two cistern tanks with a pump. Internet, we use a Verizon box and it works great as we are near the Towers. There is a new fridge in the kitchen, the range is propane. There is a wood-burning stove. The main bedroom and loft have window AC units. Septic in driveway. The driveway had gravel spread recently. Bought on a handshake, would like to sell on a handshake.
