Mesquite, located between W Bell Rd and W Greenway Rd, is a suburban and golf-adjacent Peoria neighborhood with low-slung desert homes and pocket parks. The neighborhood’s energy concentrates around the 83rd Ave & Bell Rd crossroads, where patios, local eateries, and everyday errands create a steady street-level hum. Community touchstones include Peoria Center for the Performing Arts, Theater Works, and the Peoria Sports Complex for live shows and spring-training buzz. Streetscapes lean toward stucco ranch and contemporary builds with gravel yards and shade trees. Greenway Sports Complex and nearby trail corridors add room for laps, leagues, and sunset walks. Bell Road retail strips frame the edges, while interior blocks stay calm and residential.
